Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a martial art which means "Ultimate Energy." Through proper positive focus and breathing, an ultimate positive level of energy can be reached. While in this positive state much healing of the mind, body, and spirit can take place.

The Yang style of Tai Chi that we teach has a full set of 108 movements. By practicing this set, students improve their aerobic health through moving with proper body mechanics and their mental health.

A dedicated Tai Chi student will have the ability to reduce stress in daily life, and will have a new inner strength to conquer all of life's challenges.
